No Sympathy University Terms and Conditions (2024)

 

By purchasing the No Sympathy University Membership, you are consenting to our Terms and Conditions.

 

  1. TERMS OF CHANGE

    1. Law Of Ambition reserves the right to change, modify, add, or delete parts of the Terms and Conditions outlined here at any time, without notice. ‍
    2. Law of Ambition reserves the right to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the service at any time, without notice.
    3. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions are effective immediately once we post the revised Terms and Conditions on our website and list the effective date.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

  1. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions for any changes. Your use of the site and/or service following any amendment to these Terms and Conditions will constitute your agreement and acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
  2. You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through the service.

ELIGIBILITY

  1. You must be 18 years or older to subscribe and have the necessary power and authority to enter into these Terms of your own will.
  2. To use this service, you must be willing and able to provide your name, email address, and other personal information.

 

CONDITIONS

  1. You agree to use the information through the program for legitimate, non-commercial purposes only.
  2. You may not impersonate someone else or provide personal information or an email address other than your own.

 

TERMS OF ACCESS

  1. Law of Ambition reserves the right to refuse service to anyone with no obligation to provide a reason for refusal. 
  2. Law of Ambition reserves the right to limit the number of participants and subscriptions for the service. 

 

FEES & PAYMENTS

  1. Once you purchase a subscription, your monthly fee will remain the same for the entire term of your agreement, even if the price increases or decreases after your initial purchase. However, if you cancel your subscription at any time and re-subscribe at a later date, your new subscription will be purchased at the most current rate.  
  2. When you register for a No Sympathy University subscription, you acknowledge and agree that Law of Ambition or its third-party payment processors are automatically authorized to charge you for your monthly subscription plan for as long as your subscription plan continues. Your subscription is continuous, and your plan will continue until you cancel it, or we suspend or cancel your account.  
  3. Your plan price may change at the end of your subscription period if created with a promotional rate. 

 

REFUNDS

  1. ‍All sales are full and final, NO EXCEPTIONS, and NO REFUNDS will be provided.

 

CANCELLATION

  1. If you choose to cancel your membership, please note that once your membership is inactive, your access to NSU will be revoked.
  2. Monthly Memberships: You can cancel your membership at any time after the first full month of your membership by going to the billing info page under the settings tab on your profile and clicking to cancel your membership from there.
    1. Upon cancellation, your monthly membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle for that month. For example if your membership was created on the 8th of June and you cancel on the 24th of June, your access will continue until 11.59pm on the 7th of July.
  3. Annual Memberships: You can cancel your membership at any time by going to the billing info page under the settings tab on your profile and clicking to cancel your membership from there.
    1. Upon cancellation, your annual membership will remain active for the 12 month period that was originally paid for. Access to NSU and annual member benefits will continue through the remainder of the membership period and will be revoked at the end of the membership. For example if your membership was created on the 8th of May 2024 and you cancel on the 24th of November 2024, your access will continue until 11.59pm on the 7th of May 2025.
    2. Please note, that you need to cancel prior to your renewal date to prevent the upcoming year’s membership from being processed and billed. All payments are full and final and no refunds will be provided.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. All content provided as part of the service, including all products and all online classes, workshop materials, and subscriptions are the exclusive intellectual property of Law of Ambition.
  2. The content of the service is protected by United States trademark and copyright law.  You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the content of the service, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.  
  3. You may not remove any trademark, copyright, or other notice from the content of the service.
  4. If you violate this intellectual property policy, we reserve the right to immediately remove you from any and all services without a refund, and we will pursue all available legal remedies against you.
